Kane completed his medical in Bavaria on Friday after Bayern agreed a £100m fee with Tottenham for the England captain.
Posting a heart-warming goodbye message on his Instagram on Saturday morning, Kane said: 'Hi everyone, I wanted to be the first to tell you Tottenham fans that I will be leaving the club today [Saturday].
