Harry Kane has been named on the bench for Bayern Munich in their German Super Cup clash with RB Leipzig on Saturday night.
The England captain only officially completed his transfer to the Bundesliga giants from Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday morning, yet could be called upon by Thomas Tuchel at the Allianz Arena.
Kane had to be registered by 2pm to take part, and despite late complications delaying his arrival in Munich, he was able to sign on the dotted line in time.
After finalising a four-year contract with Bayern this morning, the 30-year-old may well win his first piece of silverware in Germany before the day is out.
