Harry Kane is major doubt for England's Nations League clash with Belgium after suffering muscle injury - meaning red hot Dominic Calvert-Lewin is primed for starting role

England captain Harry Kane is a major injury doubt for Sunday’s UEFA Nations League clash against Belgium.

The Tottenham striker was expected to lead the line for Gareth Southgate’s side at Wembley, but he sources claim he is set to miss the game after sustaining what is understood to be a muscular injury.

Kane will, for now, stay with the England squad but it remains to be seen if he is available for Wednesday’s game versus Denmark if he misses tonight’s game against Roberto Martinez’s side.
