England captain Harry Kane is a major injury doubt for Sunday’s UEFA Nations League clash against Belgium.
The Tottenham striker was expected to lead the line for Gareth Southgate’s side at Wembley, but he sources claim he is set to miss the game after sustaining what is understood to be a muscular injury.
Kane will, for now, stay with the England squad but it remains to be seen if he is available for Wednesday’s game versus Denmark if he misses tonight’s game against Roberto Martinez’s side.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is primed to come in and lead the line and is in a rich vein of form
Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who scored on his England debut in Thursday’s 3-0 win over Wales, will be hoping to deputise for Kane.
