Harry Kane brace helps Tottenham overcome early scare to beat Rangers 2-1 at Ibrox, as the England striker builds ominous form ahead of the Premier League season

Tottenham secured a 2-1 win in their pre-season encounter with Rangers at Ibrox, but Antonio Conte's men would have been hoping for a more convincing result.

A first-half strike from Rangers' new signing Antonio Colak gave the home side an early lead, which was cancelled out after the interval by an excellent curled shot from Harry Kane.

Kane completed his brace shortly afterwards as he steered Son Heung-min's cross into the net with a low shot inside the box.
