The Football Association is looking into the death of Sheffield United star Maddy Cusack after her heartbroken father claimed 'she would still be with us' if the club hadn't appointed Jonathan Morgan as coach.
It comes amid claims that Morgan called Cusack a 'psycho' and made complaints about her weight before her tragic death aged 27 - causing her to spiral into anxiety. She is believed to have taken her own life.
Cusack's family are understood to have written to her club within a week of her death last September, outlining a range of issues she faced which stemmed from her relationship with Morgan, who has been in charge of the Blades since February.
