FA consider consider consulting cultural expert before charging Millwall and Tottenham over 'racist' chanting during FA Cup clash

The Football Association are considering enlisting the advice of a cultural expert to determine if abuse from rival fans during Tottenham’s FA Cup match against Millwall is deemed racist before deciding whether to charge both clubs.

Football’s governing body on Monday opened an investigation in to the discriminatory chanting at White Hart Lane.

Millwall’s travelling supporters yelled ‘DVD’ and ‘He’s selling three for a fiver’, considered anti-Asian abuse, at Tottenham’s South Korean forward Son Heung-Min.
