Saudi league leaders Al-Hilal will move to land Tottenham forward Richarlison this summer.
Mail Sport understands they made enquiries to Spurs over the Brazilian in January in the wake of Neymar’s season-ending knee injury.
The club, one of the four backed by the Saudi Public Investment fund and fast closing in on the Pro League title, are privately confident they will secure a deal the 27-year-old.
A formal approach has not yet been made for a player who still has three years remaining on his deal. However, Tottenham are expected to listen to offers, with Ange Postecoglou planning a significant overhaul of his squad this summer.
