Harry Redknapp remembers spotting James Maddison's burgeoning talent before the Leicester midfielder became the Premier League star is now.

The former Tottenham and Portsmouth boss has recalled what his first impression was of Maddison when seeing him in action for Coventry City reserves against QPR.

He said: 'I first saw James play in a reserve game at QPR, at half-time I said to his manager Steven Pressley, "my God can he play or what, that kid", and he said, "Yeah, he's going to be a big player".
