Eric Dier is keen to become Tottenham Hotspur's club captain someday and admits they should be winning a trophy with the squad they have at their disposal.
The 22-year-old wore the armband against Aston Villa on Sunday as Tottenham won 2-0 and moved into the FA Cup's fourth round.
Mauricio Pochettino made nine changes to his team for the tie at White Hart Lane and England international Dier says acting as captain comes naturally to him.
Asked about being a future skipper for Spurs, Dier said: 'I hope so.
