Eddie Howe says Tottenham's 5-1 thrashing of Newcastle may be 'good' for his team as it could help 'realign their thoughts and bring them back down to basics'.
Newcastle opened the scoring on Saturday but conceded one before the break and four during the second half to walk away from the game empty handed.
Howe says the result could be beneficial for his team as he believes they are still 'in a huge fight to stay in the division'.
