Tottenham's unbeaten run continued but they will consider Saturday's 1-1 draw at home to Leicester as two points lost rather than a point gained.
The hosts took the lead just before the break through a Victor Janssen penalty but conceded almost immediately after the interval. Spurs hit the crossbar late on from a Jan Vertonghen header but not for the first time in recent weeks, the home side looked short on creativity in the final third of the pitch.
Positives
Apart from one lapse of concentration early in the second half that led to the Leicester equaliser through Ahmed Musa, the defence looked generally strong and untroubled.
