The 22-year-old has left one post on his account, featuring two photos of him playing for the England Under-21s in June.
Spence's profile previously included a handful of photos of himself turning out for Antonio Conte's Tottenham, so the changes will raise questions about his future at Tottenham after struggling to gain regular minutes.
