Jamie Redknapp believes Dele Alli is well on course to become one of the best midfielders in the world following his man-of-the-match performance against Southampton.
Alli scored twice on his 50th appearance for Tottenham as Mauricio Pochettino's side came from a goal down to beat the Saints 4-1 at St Mary's on Wednesday night.
Harry Kane also got his name of the score sheet with a powerful header after an inspired tactical switch from Pochettino, while Son Heung-min added gloss to the result with a superb finish late on.

While Pochettino insisted the result was a team effort, Sportsmail columnist Redknapp reserved special praise for Alli, who he now rates as one of the best players in the Premier League.
