Antonio Conte strengthened his Tottenham squad right at the death on transfer deadline day by signing Dejan Kulusevski and Rodrigo Bentancur from Juventus.

Conte was desperate for Spurs to add reinforcements before the January window closed on Monday night, which they eventually managed to achieve when sporting director Fabio Paratici raided their former club for two players.

Kulusevski has joined the north London club on an 18-month loan deal which includes a £30million option-to-buy clause, while Bentancur has completed a permanent switch worth an initial £17million.
