Danny Rose admits he was 'fuming' after being left out of Tottenham squad for derby but insists there was no bust-up with Mauricio Pochettino

Danny Rose admits he was 'angry' and 'fuming' when Mauricio Pochettino left him out of the North London derby but insists there has been no bust-up with the Tottenham manager.

Pochettino selected Ben Davies at left-back against Arsenal, on Saturday, and sent Rose to train rather than join the squad and watch from the bench at the Emirates Stadium.

'My reaction was I was fuming, I was angry, but understanding, at the same time,' said Rose, recently back after 10 months out with a serious knee ligaments injury.
