Cristian Stellini claims Antonio Conte 'will be back' at the club this week after recovering from gallbladder surgery... but confirms Tottenham head coach won't be in the dugout for FA Cup clash with Sheffield United

Cristian Stellini has suggested that Antonio Conte 'will be back' in London this week but won't take charge of Spurs' clash with Sheffield United.

The Italian head coach is still currently recovering after having gallbladder surgery, which has seen him in and out of the Spurs dugout in recent weeks.

His right-hand man, Stellini, has picked up an impressive four wins out of four during the Italian's absence and has welcomed the return of Tottenham's head coach.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Stellini said: 'I think this week he will be back.
