Mauricio Pochettino warned Chelsea that Tottenham are ready to pounce on any further title mistakes.

And Pochettino revealed his side have the belief to topple Chelsea after going so close last season.
‘This win is massive for us - we have to be there if Chelsea fail and we are there,’ Pochettino said.
