Antonio Conte has reinstated his allegiance to Tottenham despite recent uncertainty surrounding the Italian's future in north London.

The Spurs boss was speaking after his side's 1-0 victory over Fulham in a closely contested Premier League affair, separated only be Harry Kane's first-half strike.

And, following the win, Conte revealed his star striker played despite a 'fever' in the week after he had reiterated his commitment to his role as Tottenham manager.
