Antonio Conte hails Hugo Lloris as a 'point of reference for the club' after goalkeeper pens new contract with Tottenham until 2024

Antonio Conte has labelled Hugo Lloris as one of the most important goalkeepers in the world after he committed his future to Tottenham.

Spurs confirmed this morning that World Cup winner Lloris had signed a new two year contract that will run until 2024.

The agreement will extend his association with Spurs to 12 years following his arrival from Lyon in 2012.
