How sensational was Andy Carroll's flying scissor-volley against Crystal Palace?
It was straight out of the Zlatan Ibrahimovic playbook and is a reminder that there is more to Carroll than thumping headers.
As well as Zlatan, Carroll's goal got me thinking about Mark Hughes' stunning scissor-kick for Wales against Spain in 1985. I was 11 at the time and loved the goal so much that I had a picture of it on my bedroom wall.
The challenge now for Carroll is to stay fit.
