Indeed, goals from Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli took us to double-figures in terms of home league wins on the trot for only fourth time in our history going all the way back to our first season in the Football League back in 1908-09.
The record remains 14 consecutive home wins in the old Division One in 1987. That run was over two seasons, the first nine at the end of the memorable 1986-87 campaign before another five at the start of 1987-88.
Our current run of 10 has already toppled the previous best in the Premier League set at eight in 2009, again set across two seasons.
