After an extremely successful 13-year career that included two NBA championships and 11 All-Star nods, Chris Bosh has decided to officially call it quits. During his career, Bosh spent time with both Toronto Raptors and the Miami Heat. Sadly, Bosh isn’t calling it quits due to age or a lack of ability; he called it quits due to blood clots which put his life in danger every time he stepped on the court.
There’s little doubt to how valuable he was for the Miami Heat and the two championships they won. He will have his jersey retired at halftime of the Heat-Magic game on March 26, becoming only the fourth Heat to ever have his number raised.
