Continuing our dialogue with our friends at Beale Street Blues, FanSided’s Memphis Grizzlies site: we proposed to swap Patrick Patterson, James Johnson and the Raptors’ (not the Knicks!) first-round pick in 2016 for Zach Randolph. While Editor Nathan Grubel saw merit in the idea of moving their aging but still valuable power forward, he didn’t think the Grizz were getting enough in return.
In sum, he thinks the Raptors should offer Terrence Ross, James Johnson and Anthony Bennett. Here’s the entire post. I’ve given his counter-offer some thought, run it through the Trade Machine, and decided it’s reasonable.
