Plenty of things have changed in Jurassic Park. We have a new coach, a new superstar, and a blowout win over the defending NBA Champions. Toronto is on pace to win 60 or more games and is three games ahead of second-placed Milwaukee.
Everyone familiar with Toronto knows the drill: wait till the playoffs. Pessimists have Toronto struggling and flaming out yet again despite LeBron James‘s departure to the West. Optimists think this could be the year Toronto makes it to, at least, the NBA Finals.
But it wouldn’t feel like a Raptors-like playoffs without seeing Toronto struggle a little bit in the first round.
