Toronto Raptors: Individual player grades from impressive win vs Nets

Early on, it looked like it might be a struggle for the Toronto Raptors. The Brooklyn Nets jumped out to a seven-point lead at the end of the first quarter, led by an impressive opening frame out of D’Angelo Russell.

Brooklyn was hitting everything. In the first quarter, they finished 50-percent from the field and 60-percent from three. Meanwhile, despite their 28 points, the Raptors were a mess offensively. Toronto finished with a first-quarter offensive rating of 90.8, which would be the least efficient offense in the NBA by a wide margin. Their 28-points were a result of pace, nothing more.
