The 2017-18 version of the Toronto Raptors bench was a special unit. It featured four young players with bags of potential and a dead-eye shooter in the mold of C.J. Miles.
It was a fun unit. Fred VanVleet and Delon Wright could run the offense while Pascal Siakam provided the energy, and Jakob Poeltl possessed soft hands for the finishing touch and some feisty rim protection.
They were a great regular season unit but the rotation broke down in the playoffs and Jakob Poeltl was part of the trade that brought Kawhi Leonard to the Toronto Raptors.
