Officially, November 20th, 2020 is the date that NBA general managers, including Bobby Webster of the Toronto Raptors, can begin negotiations with players in free agency to sign on November 22nd, 2020. With a second consecutive abbreviated season scheduled to start December 22nd, 2020, franchises have not much time to rebuild their rosters.
