Maple Leaf Square has turned into Jurassic Park as a couple of hundred Toronto Raptors fans gather to watch Game 1 on the big screen. The Raptors are taking on the Indiana Pacers this afternoon.
Many fans are hoping the game will be a turning point for the team, who has seen its share of starts and stops in playoff seasons past.
Ajay Panday is used to playoff heartbreak, but this time it’s different, he says.
“Last year in the playoffs was rough because we got swept, but this has been our redemption year,” he said.
