Terrence Ross has had a tumultuous three seasons with the Toronto Raptors. Still, he has found himself set to play at least another season in Canada, with the dust settling after this summer’s roster moves. GM Masai Ujiri decided to maintain his hope that Ross will develop into a quality, consistent wing presence. He has shown flashes of greatness, but there have been too many sloppy moments from the University of Washington standout to truly estimate his value.
Last season, Ross averaged 9.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game, marking another disappointing campaign for a player who was expected to grow into a worthwhile NBA starter.
