There’s a lot of manic action when Rondae Hollis-Jefferson really gets rolling for the Raptors.
He’ll defend at the top of the arc down to the restricted area near the basket, disrupting shooters and cutters and ball-handlers as one of the key point men in what’s become something of a game-changing zone defence the Raptors will roll out for a handful of possessions each night.
Side to side, top to bottom, arms flailing at shooters, bodies banging against opponents cutting across the floor.
It’s a role he’s born to fill, one that he enjoys.
