The season-long narrative — or season-long whine — that the Raptors are supposedly the least respected team in the NBA came to a head on Sunday afternoon at the Air Canada Centre in the final minutes of an otherwise terrific and entertaining battle with Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
