Raptors coach Dwane Casey was late for his customary pre-game scrum with the media. That’s no big deal, as it happens from time to time when downtown Toronto traffic is bad. Why Casey doesn’t just take the subway is a mystery to me, but given the calamity of the day, maybe he was scared off. In any case, I didn’t get to ask.
Meanwhile, Timberwolves coach Tom Thibodeau was apparently late too. Not sure if he’s driving in from somewhere, or just decided to sprint over from the hotel (which is presumably close by).
