Raptors use home court advantage to seal cathartic win against Nets

They wanted to have an impact on the game, wanted to provide the spark, the energy, the intangibles that Raptors have been getting from home crowds for years.

Back in the Scotiabank Arena en masse for the first time since mid-December, the team’s noisy supporters were in full throat, and they were treated to a dramatic finish. Standing for the final minute, the near-sellout crowd saw the Raptors pull out a win in a delightful return to full-house basketball in Toronto.

A short-handed Raptors team beat the Brooklyn Nets 109-108 Tuesday night, their second straight win over their division rivals and the team right behind them in the Eastern Conference standings.
