After rolling through the preliminary stage of Las Vegas Summer League, the Toronto Raptors faltered on Thursday evening. Despite an early lead and 15 points apiece from Norman Powell and Bruno Caboclo, the Raptors fell 84-80 to the Chicago Bulls at Cox Pavilion.
“It was a tough loss to take especially after having the lead pretty much the whole game, but I liked the way the team competed,” Powell said. “We fought hard. They made some good shots, got to the line, got some calls, but I liked the way we competed over this Summer League.
