The Toronto Raptors have signed centre Jonas Valanciunas to a four-year contract extension, believed to be worth north of $64 million.
The fourth year is a player option. The extension kicks in next season.
The seven-foot, 270-pound Lithuanian averaged a career-high 12.0 points last season, with team highs of 8.7 rebounds and 1.2 blocks.
He finished second in the NBA with a .572 field goal percentage.
In three seasons with the Raptors, the 23-year-old has averaged 10.9 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.1 blocks and 26.3 minutes.
