Raptors rebound to stun Hawks

ATLANTA—It must be exasperating at times being a diehard Raptors fan, and it’s unimaginable what it must feel like to be truly part of the team.

They are talented without question, and at times can be quite good, but they can also be their own worst enemies. The range of emotions they put themselves and those truly invested in them through some nights is astonishing.

They were at it again here Wednesday night, falling behind by 17 points at one time, until Kyle Lowry decided enough was enough and there was a game to be won.

Lowry, who had spent a chunk of the second quarter in the locker room battling a flu bug, had 22 of his 31 points in the fourth quarter as Toronto stormed back out of nowhere to beat the Atlanta Hawks 96-86 before just 12,559 stunned fans at Philips Arena.
