MIAMI Monday’s second game of the weekend series between the Raptors and the Miami Heat is going to a bit more contentious.
A third quarter set-to in the Heat’s 112-109 win Saturday involving Miami’s Caleb Martin and Raptors rookie Christian Koloko devolved into a pushing and jawing session involving all 10 players on the court and the bad feelings should fester until the same teams meet here Monday night.
There were no punches thrown and no players left the bench area so it’s unlikely the NBA will impose suspensions, but the relationship between the teams is frayed.
