Raptors lose to Kings in controversial game-tying call

An apparent game-tying basket by Terrence Ross was overturned after a lengthy video review and ended the game in a 102-99 loss to the Sacramento Kings.

SACRAMENTO, CALIF.—The anger was palpable, the disbelief obvious, the bewilderment real as the Toronto Raptors tried to digest the most astonishing and controversial of losses here Sunday night.
