The Toronto Raptors announced Friday their broadcast schedule for the 2016-17 NBA season with all 82 regular season contests being broadcast in High Definition (HD) and televised nationally. TSN and Sportsnet will each carry 41 games.
TSN has the season opener against the Detroit Pistons on October 26 from Air Canada Centre. The opening month of the season on the TSN networks is highlighted by a back-to-back set against last season’s conference champions. On November 15, the Raptors travel to Cleveland to face LeBron James and the defending NBA champions Cavaliers. The following night the Raptors return home to play host to the Western Conference champion Golden State Warriors in their lone visit of the season.
