Fully aware of and confident in his abilities as a leader, Thad Young is going to take a few days to find out how he can best help his new Raptors teammates.
The 33-year-old wants to get on the court as soon as possible and play for the team that acquired him Thursday, but really learning about his new teammates is high on his priority list.
“My first week I want to just to … obviously, play … but I want to evaluate guys and see how I can help lead and … and talk to them and not step on any toes,” Young said Saturday before the Raptors faced the Denver Nuggets at the Scotiabank Arena.
