Kyle Lowry’s horrific fall at the end of the Raptors’ overtime win over the Brooklyn Nets on Monday has left him with a bruised tailbone back spasms, the team said Tuesday.
“Kyle Lowry was examined Tuesday and was diagnosed with a bruised tailbone and back spasms. X-rays were negative. Lowry will be treated by the Raptors medical team, and his condition will be reevaluated daily. Lowry will not play Tuesday vs. the Heat,” the Raptors tweeted early Tuesday afternoon.
The Raptors have three home games this week — Tuesday against Miami, Thursday against Eastern Conference rival Cleveland and Saturday against the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors.
