Toronto Raptors fans have a clear rooting interest in the NBA Finals, as Miami Heat point guard Kyle Lowry is eyeing his second championship ring. Even though he is not starting following a demotion to the bench, the future Hall of Famer is taking that new role in stride as he tries to help his team win.
Lowry was traded to the Heat in a sign-and-trade swap that helped Precious Achiuwa land in Toronto. With Miami getting fined for tampering with Lowry ahead of the start of NBA free agency, it seems like both sides had wanted to get this deal done for quite some time.
