How will Kyle Lowry’s absence affect the Toronto Raptors?

On Monday, news that Lowry will be missing in action until, at the very least, the end of the regular season hit the internet. According to The Canadian Press, Lowry will be having surgery on his right wrist and the procedure “will be to remove loose bodies from his wrist.”

Lowry is currently averaging a career-high 22.8 points per game along with 6.9 assists per game. He is also averaging a career-high in three-point shooting, making 41.7 percent (3.3-7.9) of his shots from beyond the arc. But numbers aside, Lowry is the team’s leader, hustle guy, and main playmaker.
