Maybe the Raptors knew what they were talking about all along.
In the throes of what was a teamwide three-point-shooting slump, they kept downplaying the seriousness of it, adamant that things would turn around, that they would get back to historic norms. It’s a long NBA regular season, they said, and things happen.
Seems they had a point.
With as thorough an offensive performance as they have had in a few weeks, with better three-point shooting than in any game of this season, the Raptors won their second game in a row, beating the Cavaliers 118-107 in Cleveland on Friday night.
