IT WAS OVER WHEN
DeMar DeRozan made two free throws with 5.5 seconds remaining to put Toronto up six. Despite the Raptors leading by as many as 20 points early in the fourth, the Pistons refused to go away quietly and forced Toronto’s starting lineup to close out the game. Thanks to DeRozan’s 29 points and another big performance from the bench, the 111-107 victory was Toronto’s 11th straight, and moved the team to 32-15 on the season.
AND ANOTHER ONE
The win was Toronto’s 11th straight, extending the franchise record for consecutive wins.
