Canada beat Mexico in a hostile environment in Mexico City to take their win streak to 5.
In what was supposed to be their toughest test since losing to Argentina in the opening game of the FIBA Americas, Canada showed that they'd come a long way in just a week's time. Last night they registered a resounding W over Mexico, 94-73. It's fair to say that Canada, Mexico and Argentina are a class above the rest of the competition in this tournament. Mexico came into this game undefeated, while Canada suffered their lone loss against Luis Scola (of the Raptors, by the way) and Argentina.
