Bruno Caboclo, prospects big winners as Raptors get go-ahead to buy D League team

There are myriad issues to be resolved with the Raptors and general manager Masai Ujiri will deal with those in time, what has him excited at the moment is the chance to add a minor league team as a training ground from everything from rookie players to front office personnel.

Raptors officials have had preliminary discussions with Mississauga’s Hershey Centre as a possible home but they remain in their infancy.
