With most fans focused on the trade deadline and who will be moved where, Maple Leafs fans will get an added bonus as William Nylander and a few of his friends are in line to take the ice tonight. There has been much discussion regarding when Nylander would be called to the big club. Without a doubt, this will be the one Maple Leaf game this season that will garner more attention than any other.
Called up from the Marlies along with Nylander are Kasperi Kapanen, Nikita Soshnikov, Zach Hyman, and Ben Smith. How much ice time any of them will get and how long they will remain with the big club is anyone’s guess.
