One of the top story-lines at this year’s World Championships was Toronto Maple Leafs forward William Nylander’s return to form as a part of Team Sweden.
Nylander’s 18 points in eight games led the entire tournament, as did his 13 assists, +16 rating and 72.7% face-off winning percentage (IIHF.com).
He made the tournament all-star team, and also took home tournament MVP honours for his dominant stretch of play.
