The Toronto Maple Leafs and the rest of the NHL failed to get anything exciting done on Friday night at round one of the NHL Entry Draft in Vancouver.
But Saturday was different.
There were a ton of interesting things happening in the NHL on Saturday, so we are going to break them down here.
The NHL Draft
The big news Friday was that the Toronto Maple Leafs were trying to trade for P.K Subban. While this would have been awesome in a world without a salary cap, the Leafs were ultimately not able to absorb his cap-hit, and so Subban was traded to the Devils.
